In case of any default from Seller’s/Supplier’s side regarding misrepresentation in product displayed and product dispatched or non-fulfilment of product delivery within a specified time frame the buyer will have the right either to cancel the order or ask for a replacement (in case of a misrepresentation). In case of an order cancellation the buyer will be refunded his full amount by us and in case of a replacement Seller will have to arrange for the product retrieval from buyer’s site and dispatching the correct product. After a successful and correct delivery and changing of status to “Delivered” only the money will be transferred to Seller’s account. If the seller informs order as shipped and delivered from their side and the user does not inform us within 2 days the money would be transferred to the seller’s account.
